Don’t think I’ve ever felt so alone

Why is everything so painful.
It feels like my bones are crushing my heart preventing me from breathing.
I’ve cried so continuously and yet tears still stream down my face.
I am a broken shell and my broken heart is trying to keep me going.
Every beat feels like it could be my last and the walls are crashing down around me.
Not even bird song sounds the same, all the happiness in the world has been drained.
Everything is just black and white.
